I’ve walked this path.

Not through a dramatic collapse.
But through a clear realization:

Till I had t pause, take off the mask and look inside.

This was my moment of Unmasking to become an authentic leader.

I said yes to the discomfort of change.

And what I found on the other side
wasn’t perfection.
It was presence.

And a deep, grounded strength I never knew existed.
